Waves Boat-Terms & Agreement
🚤 Booking & Payment
• The full trip amount is charged on the day of booking.
• A $300 security deposit is also charged at booking and held until after the trip.
• The deposit will be fully refunded if no damages or excessive cleaning are required.

⏰ Timing & Overtime
• Your rental time begins at the scheduled departure time.
• Overtime is billed at your hourly rate only if additional time is available and approved by the captain.

🍾 Conduct & Safety
• The booking customer is responsible for all guests onboard.
• No illegal drugs or unsafe behavior permitted.
• Standing or unsafe movement while the boat is in motion is prohibited.
• The captain reserves the right to end the trip early without refund if safety rules are violated.

🧼 Damages & Cleaning
• Any damage to the vessel or excessive mess (vomit, spills, etc.) will result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit or charged to the card on file.

đźš« Cancellations & Weather Policy
• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the booking date are eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip will result in loss of deposit.
• In the event of inclement weather, guests may either:
• Reschedule to an available date, or
• Receive a full deposit refund

• All guests consent to photos and videos being used for promotional purposes by Waves.

• Waves is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
• All guests assume responsibility for their own safety during the experience.
